Compressor oils are lubricants for mechanical devices; the purpose of a compressor oil is to decrease the volume and increase the pressure for gases, and they are used in various applications. Compressor oils are formulated from greatly refined paraffinic base oils, also poly-α-olefins, esters, and polyalkylene glycols are used to make synthetic oils.

Counted among the best compressor oil suppliers globally, EA Lubricant Oil provides compressor oils under our flagship brand name EA AIRCOM. Divyol compressor oils are designed to reduce heat and friction in rotary screw and reciprocating compressors. Ideal for hydraulic, air, and gas compressors of various sizes and configurations, these oils can perform over a range of operating conditions, including refrigeration applications.

Description

AIRCOM 32, 46 and 68 are lubricants specially designed for air compressors, including rotary screw, reciprocating and certain types of rotary vane compressors. These oils are also suitable for large reciprocating piston type compressors operating at elevated temperatures and wherever deposit formation is likely to be more. They ensure sustained compressor performance even in severe operating conditions including higher loads and are compatible with most common seals used in the industry. Aircom Compressor Oils are carefully formulated with the highest quality solvent refined mineral oils and select additives. Each grade in the range meets the specifications of most OEMs as also of Cincinnati Milacron P68, P69, and P70, DIN 51524 PART II, DIN 51506 VDL TYPE and DIS-6521. Aircom Compressor Oils demonstrate excellent oxidation inhibition, resulting in minimal deposits and better rust protection. The improved protection of machine parts translates into reduced maintenance cost of the equipment and longer service life. Besides superior anti-wear properties, these oils significantly reduce fire and explosion risk due to their low volatility and high auto ignition temperature.

Description

Screw Press Compressor Oils are carefully formulated blends for the lubrication of severe duty reciprocating and rotary air compressors with air discharge temperature up to 220 °C. This blend of oils is designed to endure high temperatures. Regular use has been found to significantly reduce the oil change frequency as compared to HLP level products used by the industry. Screw Press Compressor Oils meet the performance specifications of most OEMs as also of DIN 51524 PART-II, DIN 51506 VD-L GROUP, DIS 6521 and Cincinnati Milacron P- 68, P-69 and P-70. The use of EA Screw Press Compressor Oils results in longer oil change intervals and effective protection to machine internals. This helps in reducing the cost and requirement of machine maintenance.
